Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $100 and FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

Standard Shipping Rate: $9.99

Express Shipping Rate: $14.99

 

Estimated Delivery Times

As a small business we appreciate your patience, and we work hard to pack and ship your orders within the quickest timeframe possible.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days 

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly. 

Please note: Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Once an item is dispatched, we are relinquished of all responsibility, and this is transferred onto our couriers. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you are unable to locate this confirmation email, please check your junk and promotions mail before contacting us. 

If you haven’t received your order within the corresponding shipping times, please contact us at Milaniluxe@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

International Customs Charges

You may be required to pay sales tax and/or duty/custom charges depending on your location.
